Installing header: How hard is it to do?

As for the CEL. You can go to the local autoparts store and buy 2 each 18mm antifoulers (about $4.00) and do the antifouler mod on the S-Pipe sensor.
Tip #1...MAKE SURE EVERTHING IS COLD. Let it cool down for a coulpe hours before you start!!!
I did mine in about 90 minutes with a buddy helping me out. The hardest part for me was the far left bolt on the stock manifold. I couldnt get a wrench on there and turn it with all of the parts being so close. I ended up using a 12mm socket on a u-joint and just breaking the bolt loose and then the rest by hand.
I would reccomend spraying the O2 sensors as far ahead as the night before with the WD40 and continue to spray a few more times to make sure you dont damage it upon removal. Also, dont remove the O2 until after the new header is completely installed to ensure the parts will all be room temperature. If you dont have any anti-seize coompound, make sure to get some to put onto the O2 threads so you will be able to remove it later if you ever need to go back to stock.
If you go AW, the brackets probably wont line up correctly, and I ended up removing mine altogether, but I also have an engine damper which will keep the welds at the flange form cracking. I would also reccomend removing the dipstick as it will give you some more room to work with, and if the dipstick touches the header after you reinstall it, just use some muscle to bend it out of the way a little.

it took me and 2 other poeple 3 hours.... basically from slacking off a bit and the bolts were too tight together... the bottom bolts are the worst to take off... also the long wait for the O2 sims to come off took awhile too
