KoonsAnnapolisScion 04-03-2004, 12:28 AM I think the rear door height has more to do with the hinge design than the arms raising it. Push up on the door when fully extended to see if there is any play in it. If so you may be correct. IceBox 04-03-2004, 12:29 AM Well in that case, do they make a hinge kit??? DJ_X_Trodinaire 04-03-2004, 01:13 AM you need to lift your xb! 4x4!! you probably have to custom make a hinge XBman 04-03-2004, 02:13 AM Maybe install diferent Gas shocks on the back tailgate that can extend it farther. But the only prob with that is that the tailgate wont go much farther, but just somthing to thinkabout IceBox 04-03-2004, 04:05 AM If i raised it, I'll lose the flatness of the roof when fully opened to hang out under too. I still might consider it if a kit comes out or something else. HotBox 04-03-2004, 04:34 AM damn you must be tall im like 5'9 and i walk straight across with no probs just my spikes barely hitting the rear door IceBox 04-03-2004, 05:03 AM well i got 2" lowering springs, and im 6'1" tall........ Docsnuff 04-03-2004, 02:41 PM Get a helmet! Doc IceBox 04-03-2004, 03:37 PM I never thought of that one. Thats a good idea! |
