Hey hey. This is the Scion Director at Puente Hills Scion. Do you remember by chance who your finance manager was? I work very hard to keep our Scion program in line and am curious to find out what has happened here. That is a very uncharacteristic experience. Feel free to email me or give me a call.

Its been a little over three months since I bought the car. I wasn-t supposed to buy it there but since Claremont didn't have what I wanted I ended up at Puente Hills. I dealt with Dexter and it was a straightforward sale. I wanted it with no dealer added options. I got a BCP w/ side SRS.
I knew my credit was well above 700+, I was signing up for the sign'n'drive program but my only complaint was for the sneaky credit manager who stacked a $3500 extended warranty/GAP without letting me know. I asked why my monthly was so much when i was getting tier1 APR, all he said was its based on the MSRP+taxes+etc = .
I dint really find out about the stacked add-ons later on with the finance manager when he was trying hard to down sell me and offer me cheaper warranties that would make it seem like I saved money since my payments went down.
Overall, I knew what was going on. Just make sure you are attentive and know whats going on! Business is business and everybody is out there to make a buck.
And today
Tseshani wasnt there at 830 and wont be working till 11am. I spoke to Dan and said for tsehani to call me back since he hasnt followed up on me since.
with all the fuss about the TRD S/C bieng available i wanted to order it. Tseshani said back in tuesday he will return a call for a price but never did. Also he said he will follow up on why my experience with the dealer wasnt a good on. I also received a dealer letter with a 20% off any scion parts and I asked tseshani if it applies to TRD S/C etc. Well i went to the PARTS service and they said that it doesnt apply and that the sales manager ( tseshani ) shouldnt make any promises of any sort.
I dont know the point of this post, just wanted to let people know my experience. Im not happy with how they are dealing with me. And its funny because my uncle purchased a toyota truck thru them and they even screwed up with the paperwork so bad.
