Default Fan does not blow through vents. Blown fuse? or what?

Hello,
I drove through a large puddle last night and the battery light came on in the dash. Then, later I noticed the fan does not come on to blow air through the vents. The AC and Heat both work. The only way to get air flow is to drive with the fresh air vent setting. I turn the **** between off and Hi, nothing, no sounds either. Only sound is the AC turning on.

I checked the fuse box under the hood and in the driver footwell. No blown fuses that I could see. Am I missing a fuse location somewhere? If so where is it? I hope I don't have to take dash pieces apart to get to a fuse. Where is the fan located so I can check it? Does it have its own fuse I can't see?

Everything else works except for that fan. Not so much of a prob because ther ains here have finally stopped and the window doesn't fog much. Plus I always have fresh air vents and windows.

I know my way around the car pretty well but can't track down the problem. I am capable of repairing this myself with a little help from you guys. I'd hate to take this to Toyota and get charged a gabillion dollars in labor.

Thanks in advance,
-Brian!

Check the fuse panel to the right of the battery(black cover)
If its to much to deal with, stop by the dealership and have them fix it.

Hello again,
I checked the one in the engine bay first actually, no blown fuses.

However, the vent fan came on again, just briefly. It came on, blew some, then stopped. So I now know it can't be the fuse...it still works..

But here's the weird part. You know what the fan on a computer sounds like? Now submerge 2/3 the way into water and turn it on...that's what my fan sounds like. It sounds liek it drowns itself in water. Can there be a pocket of water that pools and then gets sucked back into the fan? Does that make sense?

Thanks for your help guys...from the looks of it I think I might just have to let a pool of water dry up....

-Thanks,
-Brian!
