I was going to swap out my xB front door speakers. Got the door panel off only to discover that the stock speakers are riveted in! WTF!!??

Anyone have experience gettin the stock speakers out without drilling the rivets out?

HELP!

 

the only way I know is to drill out the rivets. I ahve heard of people just ripping out the paper cone and cutting through the basket, but I would think that drilling the rivets would be easier.
