Default URGENT! Shorted out 12v on my TC, need help.

I was installing my new headunit when the yellow 12v constant wire came in contact with some metal bracket in the car. It made a big spark and now my headunit does not work nor do my lights hooked upt o it.

How do I fix this? I am pretty sure I need to replace a fuse but 1) Where is the fuse box? 2) Which fuse do I replace?

If there is anything else I need to do any help would be great.

Please help
