i have 50% in the front and i still drive with the windows down or half way down....my friend has 35% on his matrix and only rolls them down around cops.....

i've seen quite a few cars with darker front tint driving around...even around cops, i think it matters on the cop and how you're driving...some cops don't care, but it's still illegal

I just keep it closed on the freeway.

When it's raining and a cop is nearby, rolling down those windows is gonna suck. That may be the time for the fix it ticket gets handed out.

I heard something the other week that in California you can have any percentage behind the driver.

Hey 35% front and 5% back . . Carlos is right . . just open the shades and you can see the driver. That's what I do all the time since I go see my GF at DC!! You guys know how DC Cops are . . so yeah.

10% up front, 3% all around. (I layered 5% over the stock 20%)

And yes, I get tagged all the time for tint. Half a dozen so far.

yeah...it seemed like they are picky...they kept saying that i belong to that chapter..i don't like being told what group i belong to. The people that were there are okay. it was nice to meet new people. I think i like the group down in San Jose better. Just more laughs with that group of people. But i'll have to think about it. i'm still kickin it on a weekly basis...just dont wanna be expected to do anything if i dont wanna. and a lotta stuff was said in the past to my face and at certain meets that made me feel uncomfortable. i dont feel i should be catergorized as a "person who hangs only with sf/dc people". but on the real, i've been to all the meets around the bay...hayward (BLG with food contributions), san jose, concord, sf/dc, fremont toyota, city toyota....all within just a couple months into the club...but still wasn't good enough. i met more than 3/4 of the whole norcal chapter's scion owners, and still not good enough.

but nahh i aint gonna call out names on anyone. i wanna leave it as is and be done with this on a good note. so im squashing this and never again shall we bring this up :)

I went to Loi's once. They kept short changing people that day, but otherwise the pho was decent. Favorite still is Turtle Tower.

Hi, I just moved out here. Im nto in Frisco, but im in American Canyon. If its ok, I'de like to meet some people. I come from Chicago, and im with ScioNRG, but they're not big here in CA, and I've tried to put out flyers and such, but no dice. Anyone still down for the Daly City Starbucks on Friday nights, Im still there. Got there a little late this past Friday, but was told there was a bunch of Scions that just left. Usually around 10pm to 12am, since that Starbucks isnt 24hrs anymore most people leave around 12.

Yeah , we're there always. It's just that we had something to do that night. We'll see you again Friday though.

City's parking lot is big but hella crowded............and this year.......all the cars that didn't have license plates on the front bumper got a fatty A$$ ticket handed to them....i don't see how that's possible but everyone w/out front license plate got a ticket and my friends kept whining to me about it. haha

As for the Legion of Honor thing we sunset people should make it a point to meet up there on either Friday or Saturday nights just like the Daly city/south San Fran people do with the Starbucks hehe. I have no clue as to how they organized that Starbucks thing but I'm sure we'd find a way to organize the Legion of Honor thing hehe
