View Full Version : My Baby Had a Bath... At Night - 56k = eh
ack154 10-18-2005, 12:36 AM Since I washed my baby... I thought I'd get some pics downtown. Keep in mind all of these lights are actually yellow. I was playing with the settings on my camera and tricked the white balance into thinking they were white. I think it looks better this way. :)
I might have a wallpaper or two out of these.

If you want any size of any of these, just let me know. They are natively 1600x1200, so I can do anything under. JPG or BMP.
goingcarcrazy 10-18-2005, 12:43 AM those are some wicked hott pics!

DTRUONG_112 10-18-2005, 01:34 AM looks good but daytime or a lil more light wouldve looked better.

For some reason they remind me of this Brassai photo:

ack154 10-18-2005, 01:38 AM I thought about doing it with my lights on... but I tried a couple others in another lot and they had some crazy glare and looked like I had HIDs...
DTRUONG: That's actually a lot brighter than it really was there... and like I said, the lighting was really yellow and lame. I kind of like the darkness though, looks like more natural light.
maximus96 10-18-2005, 01:54 AM  SSM...how about 1280x1024 of the 2nd one please?
versello 10-18-2005, 01:55 AM You got Christmas lights up already? :P

Heh... those are up year round. It's a garage that's kind of in the town square.

I have the lighted pic of that in my room! and you're right, it does remind me of it!
David_Seale 10-18-2005, 02:14 AM either tungsten of flourecent setting right? well, thats how it is on my canon.
nice pics. it could use a little more light but its always hard shooting around street lights.
ack154 10-18-2005, 02:17 AM Actually, it's on "Custom" and then there's an option to set the White Balance depending on what you're aiming at. But I think it would be close to the flourescent.
ChimChim 10-18-2005, 03:29 PM I think they are awesome pics!!
ack154 10-18-2005, 03:57 PM Found out today that after looking at them on my CRT at work (have a nice LCD at home), they are a bit darker than my LCD at home showed. I may lighten them up a bit...
-NEMESIS- 10-18-2005, 04:08 PM great pics.... i love the lighting.
