hi,
forgive me if this is a repost and redirect me to the correct thread. but anyone know how to take off the center console to correct the vibration problem? it seems to be coming from one of the vents from the a/c air. does anyone else have this problem? i have the same problem with my passenger side backseat as well....it rattles. thanks everyone.

I have seen the bulletins regarding the rattles in the air vents, glove box door, and lift back. However, my xB has a rattle on the right door panel. When I push on the right front door panel around the lock it stops (until I let go). Has anyone come across this one yet?

Thank you

yes, any dealer has to to follow and fix cars under warranty. the only time you might want to try others dealers is when you have a problem that is not covered under warranty. in that case you would want to shop around.

WS Scion, I had the same problem with my right door panel when I cranked up the beats. I fixed it by picking up some fiberglass insulation from Home Depot and installing it between the door panel and metal door frame. Just cut the fiberglass into appropriate sized pieces to fit in the gaps behind the door panel to fill up the empty spaces between the plastic panel and metal door frame. Just be sure to use enough insulation to provide a snug fit between the panel and frame. I attached the insulation to the door panel with some 3M spray adhesive. A quick and inexpensive solution.
