50 bucks shipped to my address.

Just kidding.

Go on eBay and search, add 50 to 100 bucks to that price, and list it in a classified.

Well considering Scion charges $260 when you order it new with the car, I'd say under $200 used would be fair.

I just bought the ipod radio with my car. The deck at $260 is with a credit for the stock deck that comes with the tC standard. So I beleive $260 or more is what I would charge. Granted thats a lot of a stock deck, but I personally believe it looks better than any after market setup, plus it searches/scrolls through the ipod faster than my alpine setup I had in my VW.

Ebay sells them for $440. I thought that was overpriced, but someone asked a dealer to buy one, they gave him a $5xx quote.

haha
thats what i was thinking at first.
the dealer charges $550 for parts and labor after you buy the car.
And $260 is the difference between the stock HU and the IPOD HU.

How do you know if it is a regular HU or an IPOD HU? I have the input jack near my e-brake. Does that make mine an IPOD HU?

guy, no.
The AUX port that you are referring to is just a standard 3.5mm jack. The same as any headphone jack.

The IPOD connector look a little different and it says "Ipod" on the outside of the jack cover.

06 iPod HU's have both the AUX AND iPod connectors, at least it does on my tC and since the decks are the same for all the models, I would think the xb and xa have both too with the iPod HU.

oohhh, so this thread is why you first asked $300 from me for the HU and then after I agreed to that price you decided to put it in the classifieds to get more than that.

i ended up buying a brand new one for wayyyy less. hope you find a good buyer though. you'd get more on ebay than you would here where people know more about the market/cost.
