Hood panel?

I think you'd have to list some prices... most strut bars are right around $150 or less... so if it's much over $200 for ANY brand, likely wouldn't sell too well.

Don't have prices was talking it over with my buddy at Mackin Industries and they need 10 people atleast to make the strut bar and hood panels. Now ofcourse ARC parts aren't in the same class as Dc sports anything like that, plus must consider its full titanium strut bar. It would be over $200 i would only imagine. The hood panel would prob be under $200 i assume , again it would be full titanium.

I know everyone cant afford parts that cost this much.. just trying to find aleast 10 of them haha that are out there lol..

I had to look it up, too. "ARC Hood Panel" = Radiator Plate. The WRX Panel is about $150 + shipping. Foolishness to the extreme, but I know that people willing to pay for ARC are willing to pay for the foolish extreme. To me, $75 for aluminum is pushing it... double that for Ti is silly. But you do get double value for the Ti-- it lightens your wallet, too.

a front strut bar doesnt do much anyway. ARC = just stupid JDM BLING BLING designed to take your extra money.

as long as its not ridiculously priced like the intake..if its on par with the other strut bars available now, in terms of price, then yea, I dont see anything wrong with that.

but like you said, the strut bar doesnt do anything much by itself of course, you'll need a few more suspension mods to actually get the full effect of its purpose.

^^ But he's estimating that it'll be $200+ which is WAY off par with the other strut bars.

And if ARC is JDM... why are you guys putting it on your tCs anyways?

as much as i like JDM and ARC. i think the strut bar and plate is useless. its one of those mods that you can estimate the measurements and ARC will make it for business.

tell ARC to make us a custom fit intercooler or something. something that they would invest more time in. then i'll pay the price of ARC

Even if ARC is a Japanese company, the tC strut bar would not be JDM. It's not made for a car that is in Japan's market, therefore the part would not be sold in Japan. By that reasoning, call your VCR JDM, call your TV JDM, call your 100% Japanese-made tC JDM, it's not.

What makes them such good quality? The name? I can guarantee that the ARC strut bar will hold absolutely no performance difference between that or any other strut bar by any other company for this car. Use common sense people, but hey it's your money, waste it the way you want.

geez. jdm-bashing is worse than the jdm bandwagon already.

get over it. let ppl spend their money and mod their cars as they see fit. as for the sometimes ridiculous prices - ppl pay them. can you blame the companies for charging as much as they can?

Yes I can. It's called profiteering, and it should not be tolerated, much less supported.
