Since there's really not a faq or anything yet, what sould be my best choice for this set up:

xB with 19x7" wheels, 215/35/19, 75-100lbs. in stereo equipment in back.

I'm waiting for my xB to come in, but I want to go ahead and order the parts so it'll be ready to go.

I've read good things about the Goldlines here, but I don't want to have to alter my car too much to make the stuff work w/ 19's, so I was also looking just doing the 1" TRD springs.

Also, do I need to replace my stock shocks, get spacers, or camber kits or anything. I'd like to have everything I need to do the job.

Of course some people are warning me that 19's will rub no matter what, but I see people on the board here with 2" drops and 19's with no complaints. Who should I believe?

Search....this thread has been posted a million times, but I would reccomend Goldlines...the give a nice drop...and I have heard nothing but good things about them....

If the shop does it correctly then you wont hae an issue, just ensure that they know exactly how to do it...or...do it yourself...that way you know that you did a good job, althogh I realize that not many people can do such a job on their own so....best of luck to you...

I was wondering how long it would take for somebody to tell me to search! Believe me, I have. :lol:

There is no thread for exact setups, and I am looking for an opion regarding TRD's vs. 2" springs with 19's really, and what I'll have to do.

What exactly has to be done special to low the xB properly? It seems pretty straightforward to me, I just don't want have to grind away or remove anything.

19's and goldlines might not be good match. I know some of customers and friends have put 18's with goldlines does have 19 with goldlines. pimpin xb in anahiem bought some goldlines he got 19's. It is good theat your doing the research. 1000 pounds of srereo, te recommended load max for the scion is 800lbs. Be careful dude that a lot of wieght. Bill

So you sell the springs and you don't recommend them for 19's, but you say some people have them. Hmmm. I guess I should go through the registry and see if someone will be kind enough to share their experience with 19's and lowering with me...

Ok, I went to my local wheel shop and they said 19's won't fit.

I called wheelsnext.com and victoriatire.com today about 19's, and after I mentioned what vehicle I was putting them on both said they won't sell them to me b/c they know they will hit and they don't want to get sued...

I see plenty of people on here with 'em, and even lowered, do they actually fit or not? I've seen reports of rubbing, but I assumed that just meant fenderwell plastic not any critical parts....

I may be with you blue soon enough, getting 18's. The only thing is I can find some 19's from $1100-$1400, that's not much more than 18in. packages and they look alot better...

They fit in the tech section here in scion life, Randode has a sticky with rim size, tire size, and offset that will fit.

i sold my 19s to simplifiedscion and it was 19x7 with a +42 offset i had a 5mm spacer in the rear to push it out to a +37 he is dropped on 2" spy springs they dont rub unless he takes a fast u turn and the body roll will only rub a little look at his pics on autoimportcraze.com its the black xb with the siver kit.

so with a 2inch drop you will slightly rub....so go with rsr or tein...about a 1.8inch drop....shouldnt rub at all

tanabe DF210. i have them on 19s and i love them. dont go with the trd...i wont tuck enough. with the tanabe's there is no wheel gap.
