Default Wilwood Big Brakes XB.....**FINAL PICS....I think**

Many of you know I have these on order and it seems like theres alot of interest. I keep getting asked "When are they gonna get here" and " how much longer?" and my answer is "I have no idea!! Wish I knew."

So I sent them an email and here is the latest word as of today!! :D

Hello Robert!

Thank you for your email!

I just emailed you a copy of your invoice, so you should receive that shortly.

As for the status of your order, it’s coming right along!

The Wilwood Front Kit should show up to us shortly. Work orders have been scheduled for your PBC Rear Kit.

At this point, I would estimate your order being shipped within about 2 weeks from now.

If you wouldn’t mind shooting me an email next Tuesday, I would appreciate it (so I can stay on top of this and make sure your order ships sooner rather than later.)

If you have any questions in the meantime, please be sure to let me know!

Thank You For Your Order!

Sincerely,

Joe McLaren

Yeah, and you gotta figure another week for UPS to get them here too, so more like three weeks!!

But they gotta powdercoat all the calipers to match and the rears are made to order so it just takes awhile, otherwise the front set would come straight to my house instead of going to their shop first. Waiting isn't killing me but, the real sucky part is that when they DO get here, it's gonna be freakin' cold out!!! And I HATE workin' in the cold..................

Here's my latest update!!! Looks like they will be done soon!
Here's the email I recieved...........

From: "Joe McLaren" <joe@precisionbrakescompany.com>
To: "'Robert Ward'" <trebor_draw@yahoo.com>
Subject: RE: Your requested email
Date: Tue, 8 Nov 2005 15:04:05 -0800

Hello Robert!

Thank you for your email!

I just checked up on your order and it looks like most of your work orders will be done very shortly.

Powder coating should happen this Friday, parking brake assembly and spacers should be done tomorrow, and the hats should be done today. The rotors should be ready by the beginning of next week.

If you would just email me again this coming Friday, I would appreciate it (so I can check on this again and make sure stuff got done.)

If you have any other questions in the meantime, please be sure to let me know!

Thank You For Your Order!

Sincerely,

Joe McLaren

Here's the latest update:
Fri, 18 Nov 2005 13:35:52 -0800

Hello Robert!

Thank you for your email!

I just checked up on your order and it looks like there are still a bunch of parts that need work orders finished up on them before they will be ready to ship.

Unfortunately, at this point I am thinking it may still be another 1.5 to 2 weeks before this all goes out, but it is very possible it could be sooner.

I will keep a note to give you an update about the middle of next week.

If you have any other questions in the meantime, please be sure to let me know!

Thank You For Your Order!

Sincerely,

Joe McLaren
