^^ He's got a point... might have a better chance of getting the SC now... and THEN get married.

Take it from someone who just recently got married.....get the S/C first. :D

.....got it. Get both. Go to QVC and get a Diamonique Ring. She'll never know the difference and you could still afford the S/C. Then later when she's not expecting it, swap the ring for a real one.

wow... i voted get the engagement ring first...
the s/c will always be there, the girl won't wait forever!
Plus if you do tie the knot, you should be able to spend your money the way you want to (after you take care of the bills of course

ok, this is easy..
assuming youve got an '05 tc, trade it in for an '06, and get the supercharger with it, and finance it all the way...i think you can do that...
hmm i should know this, i work at toyota
that way you can buy her the ring and your monthly payments on the tc wont be too bad..

Will a Supercharger ever ask interrupt your sunday football game? Will a Supercharger _____ and moan about how it doesn't like your friends? Will a Supercharger ever get mad at you for what you didn't say, then be mad because you apologize but don't know why you are doing it, then hold out on you until you go crazy? Will a Supercharger's in-laws ever call you worthless, or lazy. Will a Supercharger's parents tell you to get a better. Will a Supercharger EVER be considered a 'fun-meter' on your time? Will a Supercharger ever get ____y if you look at other Superchargers? Will a Supercharger ever find your stash of Supercharger videos under the bed/in the closet and go ape-**** about how "how you don't need to look at other Superchargers because I'm all you need"? etc, etc, etc.

You can finance a ring at some of the mall jewelry stores. I would do this first because if you get the SC, you may not have a finger to put the ring on! But if you get the ring first, you better be prepared to save for a wedding/ honeymoon and not a SC. Tough call but I would have to say wait on the SC or find a way to finance BOTH so you can make small payments that won't kill your finances and just pay a little extra on them when possible.
