Steve/bBist's xB was probably one of the
first xB's I've seen. If it wasn't for his style
and for Scion being 'different' in general,
I wouldn't have got an xB.

Rims are crazy sick.
Anyone know what they are?

A little bit over the top for my tatses (but I realize it's a show car) but carbon fiber never fails to give me a chubby! Love the paint too.

So does bBist have a website you can actually order parts from or what?

Steve has the new Pri/Sport-Max 15 inch wheels that are new releases. They are 8 inch wide, and ZERO offset.

So, if you want to run them, you will definitely need flares up front.

Hopefully other offsets will be available as I would like a set of these also.

Zach,

Its more along the lines of like a Porsche Guards Red, maybe a shade or two lighter, IMHO.

Yes that is SIK, that splash of red goes awesome on the famous blue bBist xB! I wonder what other colors they will come in? 0 offset for 4x100 seems hard to find too... Hmmmm, 0 offset for the rear, 12-15 offset for the front, -3 degrees camber all around, would be nice :) Can't wait to find out more on those wheels....

Rico,

We seem to think alike. I know other colored centers will be available, just can't remember which ones. I would like black ones myself, w/ 0 offset in the rear and +15 up front.

I passed that on to Steve last week.

I can appreciate the kit and the drop, but those wheels look like those one Rotas I see everyone use on their old intergras and crx's around here. The huge lip is very nice though, but I just can't get down with that design. But the fenders, the drop, that whole look with the aggressive kit

Not to stir the post off topic, but i'm finding a lot of truth to what hahajoey said. It does seem like folks on here, sound like they're lying out of their teeth. It's like when a girl asks you, do you think I'm fat, and you know her legs can't breathe through them pants, but you know better and just tell her, "nah, you look great."

it's all good

Everyone seems to have a different opinion on these wheels. It seems like most of the "older" school guys who saw the original version of this wheel years ago (or had them) seem to like this version. And then most of the newer guys to the scene seem to not like it and are into the more VIP or Tuner wheels.

Call it a knock-off, a fake, etc or whatever you feel like. It's okay for everyone to have they're own opinion. Just because one person doesn't like this wheel doesn't mean that everyone else is just "saying" they like it. I've had so many different opinions on this wheel that I actually believe that there are a large number of enthusiasts that like this style (and not just saying it) and then there are many who don't. Not a big deal...

(Thanks for the props  )

Let's just try to keep this thread simple and with out bickering... (joey)

From the looks of the wheel on our car, camber will not solve the issue. Fender flares are a must if you don't like the look of your wheels sticking out!

There is just way too much going on here.

Do your own thing and all, but goddamn that thing is ugly.

More does NOT mean better.

The flares and hood wing look tacked on. The double-vented CF hood is ridiculous on a little japanese economy car. The body kit might be rare and japanese, but there's a reason it hasn't been imported: it's ugly and doesn't flow at all. And seriously, red wheels on a blue car? CF wrapped plastic mirrors that weigh more than the stock pieces?

:blah: Your the one to talk with nothing done to your car....... A TCM with white LED's outside and green LED's inside? That just flows perfectly  Ow and white fluff in the front dash and a flower umbrella in the hatch, I guess its your moms car.

As far as I'm concerned, boring is better than ugly.

An umbrella holder makes a lot more sense than a 120db muffler or huge carbon fiber fender flares on this funny-looking japanese econobox.

And the white LEDs outside match the headlights and speedometer while the green ones match the clock, ac controls and window switches.
