Our lines are made in house and each line is individualy pressure tested. Most companies only test a few lines out of an entire batch. Our lines also have the silicone sleeving to prolong the life of the lines and to prevent debris from damaging the inner liner as the braiding loosens up over time.

Im curious as to how you know your brake lines are the problem and how they got messed up in the first place. Under what conditions are you experiencing brake fade? Have you bled the system properly using a pressure bleeder? You cant properly bleed a tC without one.

i know because i messed them up myself hahaha. step on the brake very very hard to see how hard then go...

and + if it was the brake pressure. i woud feel no braking force if i pressed down on the pedal.

kinda hard to explain.

but yes when i purchase brake lines, i was going to get brake fluid and rotors at the same time.

We have a stage 2 brake kit available with slotted or drilled rotors, SS lines, Axxis Ultimate brake pads and 3 bottles of Motul RBF 600 that replaces all 4 corners for the tC.

Its a better deal when you buy the parts in a kit.

Im interested to hear how that works out. Even though you will be increasing the rotor sizes equally (about 16%) you will still be increasing rear bias which may lead to some scary driving situations with snap oversteer under braking. Ideally the rear rotor shouldnt be increased as much as the front rotor (maybe as little as 5-10%) in order to keep the correct brake balance. You may also find that you will be getting into ABS a lot easier with the increased brake torque, especially if you still have stock tires.

I havent seen the other lines, but our lines have teflon inner liners with the stainless braided outer liner along with the silicone jacket to keep debris from damaging the teflon inner line as the braiding loosens up over time.

I know the Goodridge lines dont have the silicone outer jacket, and its likely the Agency Power and ZPI lines are the same since ZPI uses the Agency crank pulley as well. I dont know if they have the silicone coating or not.

As stated before, we pressure test every line that goes out to ensure it is free from leaks or defects. Most of the other companies will do a batch test where only a small sample of a larger group is tested.
