Dealer Options, Help me out here
My rents are gettin me a Scion for a college and my birthday present for like the next 20 years haha. Anyways I'm gonna be puttin some ____ into the Scion ASAP when I do get it... But my rents agreed to get SOME dealer options. What would be my best bet to get so I don't have to get ____ lata... NO I can't get a turbo or supercharger w/e the option is. I was thinkin about getting the pedestal spoiler or lip spoiler not sure yet g2 see in real life, fog lights, and interior blue lights.
Aren't there aftermarket fog lights to get? If so how much, woudl it be better to get those our stick with the stock ones from the dealer. I'm gettin demon eyes for my lights later N' I like the sorta aggressive look wit fogs. Can I just replace the fogs bulbs later N' make em brighter or anything? IDK much about those lights N' would appreciate any inifo thx.

First off... most "dealer options" can be purchased elsewhere (online) cheaper than from your dealer. Check out www.trdsparks.com or www.mcgeorgeparts.com for better prices.
The lip spoiler is very subtle. The pedestal one is OK. Not bad for an OEM, but kind of agressive. The fogs are OK. I'd like a set on mine, but they're pricey (see first note about price). The interior lights... you can get better kits elsewhere - www.randode.com makes some nice kits that are totally hidden (you can see the OEM ones all the time, on or off - lame).
There aren't really any aftermarket fogs, unless you want to do the work to fit them. Kind of a pain. But yes, you can replace the OEM fog bulbs... they're the same as the lowbeam: 9006.

Oh ya... some have fit the Lexus IS300 fog lights in the lower corners of the bumper. They usually look OK. I've also heard that the Toyota Matrix fogs/grille will fit... not sure though.
About the simplest non-OEM options out there.

Get nothing from the dealer and purchase parts aftermarket coz aftermarket is a lot cheaper. But if your folks aint gonna pay for anything after leaving the dealership then get the following
