Default I am a convert!

Ok. I ordered the box last Saturday and they found one this week and I picked it up yesterday. For 4 years I have been driving a C32 AMG Mercedes and this thing is at the end of it's lease in 2 weeks. Good ridance!!! I'm sick of paying big money to get a cramped back seat and too many trips to the gas station. It's over.

Here's the new ride:

and out with the old:

Lots of mods coming and the dealer threw in the COLD AIR INTAKE. Actually, it's winter and that one is free until spring

NICE box!!

as for pics its just that in order for it to register as an actual pic the file must end in .jpg, .gif etc....

you could just list it as a link and not an IMG

i just copied and pasted your link in a browser to see it...like i said NICE

welcome to your new addiction

edit - also see the tech section, in case you dont know this our cars do not come with an in cabin air filter....top menu Features then Tech it tells how to make your own cabin air filter

Moving from the MB to the box is a TRADE UP, trust me. I have two kids and a dog and they all like the box much better and so do I. They can actually sit in comfort now. It snowed in Chicago yesterday and I took the MB out without it's snow tires and almost got killed. I know the box probably rips in the snow with it's FWD and skinny tires. I really will not miss that car or it's propensity to sit in the shop.

i know someone a friend who got a dream car convertible mercedes and has had nothing but problems the whole time...kinda makes me laugh all these cars that cost so much ..if you spend as much as you do on a BMW or Mercedes..you better not have any issues

Ironic enough my dream car has always been to have a BMW..of any kind. I could have gotten one, but chose the box instead and I am very happy I did.

the box is different, its not just another car on the road. going from my ultra reliable 2000 corolla to a BMW would have been a step up ONLY on the inside and looks and power...the box is a step up in room, comfort and uniqueness..I just love it.

You are absolutely correct. I have had Corvettes, Porsches, and other quasi exotic cars. They all had issues. My wife's Sienna will be 8 years old in 3 months and it has never been in the shop EVEN ONCE! I've lived that experience and quite frankly it doesn't thrill me to make arrangements to always get my car worked on. This time, I'm doing the work myself!! I love this Car!!!!
