Anyone remeber when their car had 5 miles on it
When we first saw ours at the dealer, it had 12 miles on it. We test drove it late evening for 30 miles (it was a slow day for the sales people and he knew we really loved it, but wanted to test it on some hills. And then was back first thing in the morning to purchase it. So it had 42 on the odometer, but we knew who drove 30 of that.
The picture is blurry, but this was me taking a picture with my camera phone, pulling out of the dealership... 1 mile on the odo -- and that came from them going to fill it up with gas.
and yes, I forgot to put my seatbelt on

I remember that all to well.....
I put in my order in May 2004, finally took delivry of my BSP xB on 08/11/2005... Had 1 mile on it... unfortunatly, I didn't have my digicam with me, but I took a pic after I got home from the dealership... had 10 miles on it... There was actually a dealership about 1000 feet from my apartment, but they were jerks when I was in there, so I found a different dealership....

On my way to work this morning, I was at 21,780...
I am really glad I went with this other dealership, as they were ALOT nicer to me that the other one... (LOMBARD TOYOTA/SCION was the one by my apartment)...
Anyways, my dealership keeps messing up on the oil changes... I KEEP GETTING FREE ONES... not that I am complaining.. lol
The ONLY problem I had with the dealership, was that I only wanted security and the TRD short shifter when I got the car. Luckily, the shifter was on backorder so far, that they had NO IDEA when it would come in, so the sales guy took it off of the order for me (he also told me to buy it separatly and install it, cause it is cheaper.) SO, when I had my $50 Scion gift card, I called in to find out about a shifter... long story short, some JERK in the parts dept. told me that I CAN buy a shifter, BUT, THEY would have to put it in, they couldn't just GIVE it to me.... and he quoted me $500.... I told him EXACTLY where he could stick it...
Called up Elmhurst Scion Parts Dept, and got my shifter for about $105 with the gift card, and installed it myself in about 30 minutes... (thats including the time it took to actually find the tools in my messy garge... lol)
