Hey Everyone,
I'm new here on the forum & want to say what a great group of people I have seen some of the NOVA peep out at BK Great Job on the rides! I just have a quick question & any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm currently in a leased vehicle & want to get out of the lease to purchase a Scion Xb, first off is this possible? 2nd thing what Scion Dealership close to Springfield is the best and is there a specific person I should go see that won't jerk me around?

Thanks Again In Advance for any accurate answers you can give! :P

Check the dealership reviews for one close to you....

Getting out of a lease can be really easy....or really tough...
ask your dealer for specifics. Good luck! :)

just curious..are you talking about the BK in Manassas??

As far as you needing a salesperson, may I suggest James from Miller Toyota/Scion in Manassas. I work at the service department there and Ive know him for some time now and hes great with Scions and hes also a part of Nova scion evolution and very active with the Scion community.

If you are interested send me a message and I can give you his email and phone number!
Good luck!

There are basicly two ways to get out of a current lease. The first is to buy out the lease, which means you pay the remaining payments and turn the car in early. As long as you are under the max mileage (and the car does not have any damage) that is all you have to pay. The second is have the vehicle appraised as a trade in. You add the remaining payments to the residual value and that is the purchase price you compare to the trade in offer. Decide which of these two is the best.

If you are just paying the remaining payments, or owe more on the purchase than the vehicle appriases for, you can only roll some of that into the lease - depends on your credit score and some other factors.

As far as the xB, what is your criteria? Our Pure Price is $369 below MSRP and we have an excellent reputation. Feel free to call or email me for additional advice.

If youre in the market to bargain, youre looking at the wrong car unless a dealer is dumb enough to take cash out of their pocket to pay off your lease.

Have you tried CarMax? There is a location in Rockville, MD (used superstore only). Or CarMax Toyota/Scion in Laurel, MD. Very high trade in value compared to other places. The Rockville store is closer to your location. I doudt they'll pay off your lease. Shop trade in value in your area and get it in writing.

Here's some Richmond area CarMax Used stores.

That's so funny you say that cuase actually I was pondering that thought over dinner lastnight, I went to Lustine Online Toyota/Scion dealer in Woodbridge, VA & drove a 06 xB and got some numbers together & man was I wanting to drive that thing off the lot, I told my husband that I think I will go to the stealership every day until I get one for a test drive I love that thing so much I'm actually going to go to Carmax & see what they will give me for my car & then I'm going to see if it's like 14 or 15-1/2 I might tell them to buy it from me & I will pay the rest off a couple grand is a small price to pay to have a lower car payment for something really spacious in the end! I think anyway, nothing is finalized I'm still pondering. I would still appreciate any suggestions! Hope everyone's turkey day was great !
