Default ATTN: ZPIracing Turbo Kit customers****

We have had some customers have some turbo problems. These have all turned out to be install issues. We have warrantied these cases but will not continue to do so. If you are unsure as to what you are doing get help. If your help is unsure take it to a reputable shop.

We have the install manual on line now. We will be adding pictures to it over the next few weeks.

Just think you have had your tC all motor this long another day or two will not kill you. Do not rush the job take your time put sealant on the oil pan, etc....We can not stresst enough take your time and install these right. We have designed this system so that you can install it all off the car. This meaning the the turbo, wastegate, downpipe all can be attached out of the car. This should make for a much easier install but you still need to take some precautions.

A turbo will be the greatest single purchase for your car it can also be the worst. Don't let inexpirence or trying to save some money on the install cost you an engine, headache, potential divorce etc....

We are always here to help you with any questions you may have. We monitor tech@zeropointindustries.net while we are at home. We can always answer your questions 10-7 M-F

Thanks for Reading

-Kenny

Oh, that is a CLASSIC post.

Now that is "premium" customer service in 2005. Nice...polite....caring....in touch with their customers pain (cue harp here).

I'm trying to remember how it would have been said 20 years ago.

Oh...something like this......

"Hey, I'm sorry if I gave you the impression I gave a flying F*@k that you messed it up......NEXT"

we are not trying to be hard ___ or anything of that nature. We know a lot of people will be installing there kits over the holiday weekend and do not want to see a bunch of upset people because they install something wrong for whatever reason
