NewB here,

Anyone here know of a shop or person I can contact in SoCal to get some lowering springs installed for a cheap price?

Any help will do.....thanks.

Robear Racing in Upland or Island Motorsports in Buena Park.

Does Island Motorsports do installs again? Last time I went there, they said they stopped doing installs and are just strictly retail.

Thanks

I'm looking to get a set of Tanabe DF210 springs. From what it seems like, it is easy to install, however, I don't have the tools do it.

^LOL. Sounds like a plan. I think one of the Island Motorsports does installs. There are still 2 stores on Orangethorpe, right?

Yeah last time I was there they moved to their new "warehouse" location on Orangthorped.....near the freeway overpass. From what I know the old location is completely closed now.

DIY, i did it with my integra. it's fairly simple to do. all you need to do is borrow a spring compressor at Autozone or Pep Boys and your good to go.

if i can do it, you can too :)

I have some TRD springs, TRD Rear Sway and a DC Strut Bar sitting in my garage. Never have time to take it to a shop that will take all day to do it. Although Ranchill Motorsports/Tires said they would do it all for $200, which to me isn't too bad. Can't beat $30 though. I think I'll have to PM Duma. :silly:

you still haven't got your springs installed?? Just go to a local custom shop, they'll do it.
