Anyone one sporting these wheels? Please post pics if you are. I just don't know what color would look right on my Flint Mica tC? I'm normally not a fan of dark rims but gunmetal has really grown on me. I found that rimq.com has these rims w/tires for $853 for all four. Is this a good place to order?

Also, are the tires in the package any good and are the low profile? I'm a total noob when it comes to wheels and tires!

Here is a pic and a photoshop:

I was actually going to get these rims myself, until i looked in my parking lot at school and 6 kids had the same ones. Deffinatly a nice rim. Stick with 18's if anything, the 17's look way to small in person. And that photoshop actually looks like the rims are 19's or maybe even 20's. Never heard of the tires, and yes, those are low profile tires, very low. Good luck either which way you go...

I saw someone with a tC that had the 20's w/ stechs but they had to do some modifications to fix the rubbing...

This is the link but the pics aren't working...

The tires are 215/35 XXX which means they are 215mm wide, and the sidewall height is 35% of the 215mm... soooo the sidewall of the tire is 75.25mm.

Dunno aboutthe quality of that particular brand. Check tirerack, or do a websearch. For that price I'd say doesn't matter much. If you end up having to replace the tires you're still ahead. Worth it, IMO.

the problem with Motegi's is that EVERYONE has them.

I think I'm going to end up getting these in 18 inch gunmetal finish! I contacted discount tire co. and they said they could order them for $180 per rim my choice of 4 or 5 colors. I think the gunmetal looks the best on Flint. My dad found some great deals on pirellies low profile tires for only $130 per tire! They are Pnero Zero. Now all I have to do after I get these is lower my ride!

I considered these as well. But like someone said, because of how cheap they are, everyone has them. But that photoshop of them does look real nice.

I was worried that everyone might have them because I had heard that as well but I've only seen one tc running these:

And my area I have never seen any car with these rims...

What size do those tires look like? He said he ordered 45 series, like stock sidewall. They look thinner though..

how much did discount tires charged you for the rims?

I do believe the rims where right at $180 per rim. The tires I got were Nitto 555 Extream ZR and they were about $150 per tire but we had some hook up with the tires at discount!
