Ok so I think I finally got it figured out. We are going to have our bowling meet at Park Tavern and they are pretty booked up right now it sounds. The only date they had available was for January 15th at 12(noon). I know this is after JP leaves but I think we should have a going away party for him on the 18th. There is going to be a Burger and Fixings buffet, bowling and prizes. The prizes are going to be for Highest score in one game, first person to get a turkey and the person to get the most strikes in a single game.

Also, this is open to anyone that owns a Scion, has one on order or is just thinking about getting one. Bring a friend, girl/boyfriend, family, kids....just let us know how many people will be coming with you. So add your name to the list if you can come:

We have used Park Tavern quite a few times...and they are great. Otherwise, Gameworks, Medina, or if anyone knows of a cool place to go. It would have to be on a Saturday night (after 6) that we could reserve lanes or on a Sunday.

Well what day would work for you? That's what I am trying to figure out. The only days I can really do it are Saturday nights and Sundays. You?!

I think Sundays would be a nice change, that way the Fri and Sat nights would still be open if people want to party or whateve

Right now I am talking to Gameworks to find out what kind of packages for stuff they have. It might end up being early in January because they seem to be pretty booked up the month of December.

i think sat's are best..and as long as i get an advanced notice i'm totally down. I could never say no to bowling..such a fun sport!

Any Sunday would work for me.

The advantage of choosing a Friday or Saturday night is most lanes have moonlight bowling. That is fun and it's all you can bowl from 10PM to 1AM.

Eden Prairie Lanes, Tuttle's in Hopkins, and Southtown Lanes in Bloomington are 3 great spots.

Sounds like a blast. I think that tap room bowling alley, or tavern room or whatever. On Louisiana in Hopkins would be good. Centrally located for all areas. Plus its easy to find.

I'm schooling everyone how the ways of bowling. I'm in a league and I bowled a 276 last Friday. It was a total fluke and I could probably never do it again, but I still did it.

Also, I was able to get enough gifts so instead of having contests (we can still do it but there aren't any special prizes) everyone will get something! That meet is at 11:00. There is a coin-op car wash behind where the Target used to be at Hwy7 and Hwy169.

bring $4 or $5 and you can wash your car. xA's and tC's might get away with $3.

The drive around the lakes was fun too. When we were pulling out of that lot where I took those pics some guy stopped in the middle of the intersection and stared at me. It was amusing, then creepy...... lol

I'm glad so many people were able to make it. We need to get started on the next months idea....I still think the snowboarding/skiing is good. We have to figure out a place and where to meet. I like the idea of everyone meeting up somewhere and then driving together! Let's get some threads and ideas out there!
