you try to get a hold of Rodney aka HawaianBuilt. As for what I can tell you, its three meetings and or events, an app, plus your soul to the dark lord( just kidding about the dark lord thing) 
No annual fees either, club is free but when a fundraiser comes around, its to raise money for the club. Oh yeah, and no mods to your ride required. Scinergy motto is " It's not about the car, it's about the people.
