boost readings
I put in my TRD Boost gauge and not sure if I installed wrong or if its just that supid BPV. It doesn't ready 6-7 psi till like 5500RPM. I thought that was odd so I rechecked my install and everything seems right on. The gauge responds perfect but just doesn't read what I thougt it would. any ideas?

superchargers make peak boost at redline.
if you notice that the boost builds evenly as the rpm's go up....
yeah dude im pretty sure thats the way its supposed to be. its a gradual thing... get a new pulley and it will raise the boost and overall make higher boost at lower rpms... so u might get 6-7 psi at about 4500 or maybe even lower.
Yeah dude, in a supercharged car boost gradually rises until "full boost" is reached close to redline. Changing out the pulleys with overdrive ones will raise the amount of boost everywhere throught the rpm band, it will not necessarily make boost come on any earlier or later. Check this out for some related info...

I havent put on my TRD boost gauge coz i cant find a decent pod that will match the interior. If you look at my dyno on my posting you will see how much boost i got, gives you an idea.
I might sell the TRD boost gauge tho, so if anybody interested shoot me a PM.
