Has anyone installed one of these before? I am sorry if this is a double post but when I search it I get 6000 results, literally. I am trying to research this exhaust I have found one for a good price and wondering why... DC should be a reputable brand but are they loud, low ground clearance, etc.

if you are talking about the one that comes stock on the RS2.0, it is great. I love it myself. Nice note, with plenty of room. Some people might give you a different opinion, as this IS just an opinion, but I love mine

The DC Sports exhaust is made to be at/under 95dB. It meets the requirements for noise restriction. In other words, no it is not the exhaust is not loud. You can hear it a bit more than the stocker when you step on it and it sounds good.

If you're interested we are having a little holiday clearance on these exhausts in the sponsered sales forum. Here is the link:

Its not loud like a lawnmower, its louder than stock though. Its only loud when youre accelerating, if you are just coasting or idleing, its just about as quiet as stock. It hangs quite a bit lower than I would like (but I did lower my xB about 2")

It literally took me 10 minutes to install it. it fit pretty well. however you need a friend to hold the tip centered in the cut out in bumper while you tighten the clamp to make sure it had the same clearance on each side.
also the way it's angled the front part of the muffler hits pretty easy if you're really low. I have tanabe springs and I have to be pretty careful in rain gutters and driveways.

It sounds awesome tho!!! especially combined with the dc header (45 min install) and a CAI.
