I have those same tires on my car right now with my winter rims. The difference is , I'm running 225-45-17 inch tirs on a 17x8 inch wheel.

 

I prefer the steelies for winter. Makes my car look "gangster"

 

this is going to be a retarded question, but i thought steelies were if you have hub caps and take them off and those would be steekies? but on the tC there arent hub caps... someone straighten me out

Patrick, I could have bought a set of steelies ( probably 15") and bought winter tires with them. This will be relatively cheap because they are much cheaper plus the tires will probably be snow tires instead of performance winter. And yes, one can decide to put hub cap but that will look even more ridiculous especialy if it spins .

 

thanks for your reply, that sounds good for me cuz we have a ton of snow and my car sucks in it. Im planning to get snow tires but didnt think of getting cheap rims. how much do a set of those cost? anyone have pics?

 

go to ebay and find 5x100 wheels. I suggest 17" wheels because they look good plus the winter tires would not be ridiculously expensive. If you need help finding cheap wheels let me know. Be ready to spend 900 total for tires and good wheels.
