So it started snowing Friday night so me and a couple of my friends went for a drive. it was around 1 am so we thought it would be fun to head up to our high school parking lot (which is HUGE) and have a bit of fun. So, we're heading up there, and we're going through a green light (about halfway through this intersection) when this girl in a silver saturn ion decides to blow the red and make her right turn (without stopping or even slowing) right in from of us. My buddy slams on his brakes and so does she. He gives her the finger and I give her that 'what the FU** are you doin?' look. SHe doesn't even make eye contact with us. So we wait for a sec to see what shes gonna do and then we proceed throught the intersection. Right as we pass her she pulls out behind us and starts tailgating us. So my friend speeds up to put some distance in between us. All's good for maybe 5 seconds then we have to stop at a red light. We're sitting at a complete stop for maybe 3 seconds and my friend in the back goes "are you serious". I look back and she plows into us going maybe 30-35. My friend whos driving jumps out and walks back to her car and I jump out too cuz i'm thinking she's ____ed and wants revenge or somethin. Her car is underneath my friends Pathfinder and her whole front end is fuc*** up. my friend goes "are you drunk" and she says "yes.......very." She then backs up, her car stalls, and then she restarts it. My friend stands in front of her car and she takes off and almost nails him. She gets into the lane for opposing traffic and blows a red light going way over the speed limit. Her hood is bent upward, so she can't see, and her headlight don't work. In the snow. My bud's truck is pretty solid and has a swinggate and a spare tire on the back so she actually lifted the truck up and hardly did any damage. But her car is totalled. We got the plates and called the cops. They're looking for her. Crazy?

WEEEELLLLLLL, you missed a very important point! was she hot? If she was, I would be nicer and give her a ride home and see where that takes us, the suing can wait for later my friend.

I was just north of Everett. There was no one else around either so we don't really have any witnesses, but that shouldn't matter. She definitely wasn't hot though, she was really ghostly white. She looked so coked out too. I don't really think she was drunk because normally you're kind of emotional and she was totally calm and didn't freak out or anything. She just backed up and took off. I wasn't thinkin about suing, my neck doesn't hurt or anything, but it might start cuz that TRD supercharger is lookin like a lot of fun. j/k

On the bright side I am picking up my tC tomorrow. I was actually supposed to pick it up Friday but the springs and exhaust weren't done. Lucky really because that would have been my car and it wouldn't have held up as well as my buddys suv

No the snow wasn't sticking to the streets yet. I thought it was hilarious too, my buddy was too scared to get out of the car cuz he thought she wanted revenge and she had a gun or somethin. I'm not worried either because I know she'll get caught and she'll pay, not us, so it's cool. Plus it;s a fun story....

It was pretty amusing until she tried to hit your buddy. Just glad you guys are all ok. She will get hers. Especially since you got her plates. Good job on that.

OK so today we finally got a hold of the deputy who responded to our call and he says he talked to the girl and that she said she we were threatening her so she drove off. Wow, the Fuc**ing liar actually is trying to put some blame on us. I can't imagine a person who would be calm after someone almost t-boned them and then actually year ended them. I think it's still considered a hit and run though since she didn't even bother to file a police report.

Dude, it was totally her fault, and nothing that happened was your doing whatsoever, BUT

Here are some IMPORTANT pointers for the next time:

When you encounter idiots on the road, do not engage them, do not communicate with them, and do not pass them.

I had to learn this the hard way as well, but it is FAR safer to be a safe distance BEHIND a dangerous driver than in front of them. When they are behind you, you are relying on their ability not to hit you, and if you KNOW they are a bad driver. . . even if you speed up, things like traffic lights, stop signs, and traffic can close the gap VERY fast.

Worst of all, these bad drivers are far more likely to RUN after an accident. Sure, it feels good to cuss em out, cut them off, and peel out leaving them in your dust. But don't think you've increased your safety in any way. It happened to me, and it happened to you. In fact, it's quite common.

It's not our fault these things happen, as they are the bad drivers, but there are ways to help prevent these situations from happening to us. Preventative measures, as they are called.

Was he a king co. sherriff ? Did he give her a ticket for hit and run? How about
leaving the scene of a accident? Your 2 witness against her 0. If she felt threatend
why didn't she call 911? What a :loser: I lived in the seattle area for almost 13
years & here in phoenix going on 5 & the drivers here are just as bad as they
were there maybe worse. You might as well start putting drivers license's in
jacker jack boxes because they don't know how to drive safely. Everyone's in too
big of a hurry

I don't really know what happened beyond what the snohomish county deputy said, but I think we get to pick up the police report tomorrow.
