so i got a ticket again this weekend in LA. I was PARKED at a meter with plenty of time left... but i come back to my car and i see a ticket on my windshield again! same ticket as last time for no front license plate. So whatever.. i decided to just put it on, however, i didn't wanna poke holes in my front bumper.. so off to Home Depot for some nuts and bolts and washers..

At least the dealership didn't drill holes into your front bumper and put your plate on!!!

Now i have to drive around with these ugly holes in the front.....

Nice cheap solution. Just be careful when on bumpy roads. That doesn't look very stable and the plate might move a bit on bumps. You don't want your bumper all scratched up.

I was in the same boat. I got a warning ticket for no front plate. I have no holes and refuse to do so either....

I put felt stickers on the inside corners of the plate and bought some auto 2 sided tape and just stuck it on. Hasn't fallen off yet.

 

That's cool man! You should put some rubber pads on the back of the license plate so that it doesn't scratch your bumper in case it moves.

I'm stuck with holes in my front bumper and to top it of (as if telling the dealer not to drill the front bumper) was enought they are crooked

 

hmm my homie eight08customs has been making mounting kits just like that for a while now. 90% of the SE Hawaii ppl got the same "ghetto" solution you do hah.
