Metro273 12-08-2005, 01:16 AM Sorry but I have to vent! While we are freezing our butts off up here in Chicago, with below zero temps, you Floridians are having beautiful weather... I need to move down there soon... :tap: Anyways, enjoy your nice weather... :D
2tone_xB 12-08-2005, 01:56 AM ah, that sucks.
FL's weather is kinda cold for me.
can't complain though.
stay warm!
George 12-08-2005, 02:04 AM Yeah, SoCal is kind of rough, too. The temp went below 50 last night and I had to put on a sweatshirt to ride my scooter to work this morning. :(

BEASTXB 12-08-2005, 03:04 AM I rather be freezing with snow than having to deal with all the hurricanes and wondering if you house is going to get blown away
dugzilla 12-08-2005, 03:10 AM Stop whining, you dont know what cold is until you spent the winter in NE.

ScionEyes 12-08-2005, 03:26 AM you can put on layers of cloths to stay warm, but you can only take off so many layers to stay cool....

Ya that or in North Dakota... I called my mom today and told her to keep the dark skies up in the north.
Today was a very dark day in Orlando and now its raining like mad. GRRRR
hip_2b_sqr 12-08-2005, 01:07 PM I spent 3 years in Rantoul Ill. way back. coldest winters ever. I remember the ice storms and huge snow drifts to the top of our two story house. Being outside for anything was insane.
George 12-08-2005, 06:35 PM The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in Montana (Mark Twain)
curtydc 12-08-2005, 06:53 PM We just got our first snow fall here in Leavenworth Kansas. It snowed from 11a.m. yesturday (the 7th) all the way through the night non stop. we got like 8 inches of snow, some places got 10, others more. It's a lot of snow, but I dont mind it, I'm used to cold weather. Just went camping a few weeks ago in below 0 temp. It's easy to stay warm when its cold out, but its not easy to stay cool when its hot out. All I gotta do is put a coat on, what can I do when its hot? get naked?
Metro273 12-09-2005, 02:50 AM mmm would you like a bite of this cheeseburger i just fixed on the grill????Sure, just rub it in why don't you... :P

 so true. I went to FL for the first time two years ago and recieved my first ever sunburn. Worst week of my life but still had a blast though.
Baine 12-10-2005, 12:27 PM Last week for work I had to fly to Rapid City, SD from Atlanta.
It was 7 degrees at the airport there. Talk about culture shock.

RedLine_tC 12-13-2005, 09:45 PM FL is kinda cold for me...and i lived here all my life :-D
RedneckwithanxB 12-14-2005, 12:02 AM oh man, it was 65 degrees here today, i considered throwing on a pair of pants, but didnt
2tone_xB 12-14-2005, 12:07 AM the past few days have been cold for me.

she told me it was 15 below 0. that's crazy.
and Colorado makes me fart a lot. :tap:
cubaricantC 12-15-2005, 07:19 AM i'm a floridian and normally anything below 50 is cold to me, but when you're stationed in grand forks north dakota and it hits a wonderful 50 or 60 below zero it gives you a newfound appreciation for anything in the above 0 category
Brn2Pla 12-15-2005, 08:17 AM You all should try Iraq.....lol
Kilo6_one 12-15-2005, 09:32 AM perfect here...........even BBQ'd tonight
amanda776 12-15-2005, 10:38 AM I can't take this weather. It's been like 10 degrees here in Pittsburgh for the past two weeks, and the temperature in my apartment is about 40 degrees. I want to move to Charleston, SC.
06B0X 12-15-2005, 04:35 PM Amanda, you sure you don't want to swap with me and you can live in Orlando?
