what browser are you using.

You don't need a translator if the characters are square, you need to download a language pack.

Just search for the car auctions on google and then when the pages pop up instead of clicking on the initial link, there's one underneath the site info that says "translate page"

...that's what I do, and it works. Good luck.

Try this...

1. In IE, go to 'Tools' -> 'Options'
2. On the general tab, click on 'Languages...'
3. If Japanese isn't on the list, click 'Add...'
4. Select Japanese, click Ok.

You may need to restart your browser.

Go here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=24A66277-CD9F-4332-A6F1-52B85A6470BD&displaylang=EN

Download the language pack, then close all instances of IE and install. I don't think you need to reboot, but if it doesn't show up correctly after the install, then reboot and retry.

Hope this helps!

I installed it this past Sunday and it works with Firefox just fine. I run Windows XP too. It's that exact file I linked you to. And I don't have Office XP. Try it...
