i have received conflicting answers on this. anyone have an 8" installed now?

Dave M. has installed a 10 inch monitor in the front however it does require some modifications. An 8 inch will be kind of tough without cutting up the dash.

Ive got a 7 inch wide screen in my factory location no cutting

i think an 8" screen will fit nicely behind the opening, however if the monitor has any sort of plastic trim or buttons around the screen, you might have to do some custom stuff.
