This thread is dedicated to the idiot who tried racing me last night (12-8-05) at ~7-8pm. I was on my way back from the newly opened Genki Living in Irvine off of Jeffrey Rd. and this white TC with some thick window tint, Gunmetal Axis TC Evos, and a spoiler tried to race me. I was cruising back minding my own business with a couple of friends in the car and this guy totally makes an jackass of himself... Whenever I drove near him he slams the gas and pulls away and at stop lights he kept on staring at my passengers... not to mention he revved his engine trying to initiate a race. First off... I was never interested in racing you, I thought people with the same make of car were supposed to be friendly to each other, second of all... my car is obviously going to be slower than your car... dumb@$$... and third, my car was slammed to the ground, did it look like it was "more go" than "show." Anyway, I hope you liked those revs I threw at you, freaking moron.

PS my friends dont think you're cool, they were laughing their asses off AT you

Its funny how tC owners are like that. Not all of them, infact most are nice. But, i've met a few that are exactly like that. Its funny how those who talk all the crap can't back it up with their driving skills. :blah:

Its not all tC owners Im sure, but I've only had one xB do that to me and about five tC's. I guess bc they know they have more hp than me or bc Im a girl...but I smoked the guy driving the xB! Im no sissy driver! lol

I've beat a few tCs in autocross, one was stock and one was fairly modded. Its not all tC owners, but it usually is tC owners that start that kind of stuff. Look at how many ridiculous tC vs. ____ threads there are. Even tC owners are sick of seeing it. lol

Not only that, he was driving recklessly, slowing down and waiting for me to catch up, to try to initiate a race. My brother carries a concealed license permit, and was about ready to shoot the guy.

Don't worry, that clown will end up upside-down in a ditch in no time. He'll crash his car, kill some innocent bystanders and get away with manslaughter. I'm not afraid of AIDS, I'm afraid of bad drivers. Statistically, they are more dangerous and more likely to kill you.

Its a shame. Too bad we don't have driving tests like they do, in just say Germany. Driving in Germany is probably a good 70% safer than driving in the united states.

on that note, whose the jerk in the xB (dark colored, lowered, 18"+ rims and tein sticker on rear bumper) that tried to show off on amar street in walnut around 6-7 pm? i even noticed you in my rear-view mirror needlessly weaving through somehwat heavy traffic. honestly, i was just minding my own business just coming from CHURCH and had no interest in some head-to-head stoplight racing. that interest was lost somewhere in high school. i hope you weren't serious cuz unlike Silencei2's case, i'd shut your ricer-style fly-bys up, with my porky, 3700 pound, jdm 3vz-fe es300 :P . oh and i hope you weren't doin this just because of the brand of my car either, cuz not all young lexus/bmw/benz drivers are spoiled pricks.

Nope you're WRONG! Wanna hear my story ? It was 2 in the morning last night on Freeway 60 near AMC 20 Puente Hills, i was doing 80 tryna chill and cruised with my girl on the fast lane. This f u c k i n g white xB suddenly came up and cut me off on a WIDE OPEN freeway, WTF there were only two cars on the road, why did you do some motherfuXkin dumb ___ thing like tha.... Man of cuz everyone gon be totally ____ed off in the same situation!! Then i did something really stupid :doh: speeded up, tailgated him flashed him and cut him right back and we were doing like 120 when i cut him back and then burned him. I feel bad for my car as i drove it recklessly but this is some ____ i cant swallow.
Other than this, i got some stock tCs tried to race and i was like "Please .... at least put aftermarket exhaust, dumbass....". Relatively, Xa owners are friendly compared to other scions

same sh*t happened to me, it was around 2pm and i was coming home from CPP and their was this one white tC that had no muffler, just a straight pipe, tein springs, and a c/f hood that was revving his engine like nothing. i revved mine and when the light turned green, he took off while i just slowly went on to the next signal, where it was red and he stared me down, revved his engine, and my passengers just were like WTF? and laughed at him, then when the light turned green he waited for me to go, and then was tailgating me, i was like wtf, and then right before i get on the 57 he cuts me off. im like omg, i then smoke his ___ on the freeway.

you and your friends shoulda punked him out after the first couple times. he woulda backed off or got his @$$ beat!

You guys need to just relax. Who cares what other drivers do, most people with cars that are actually fast and are actually worth something, generally drive the speed limit except occasionally. So just relax and if someone cuts you off don't worry about it because they are only making a ____ of themselves in public.

Agree with you, except the people with genuinely fast cars, generally know how to drive. It's annoying with all these "fast and furious" kids rolling around in their camry's, civic's, and other slow cars, driving too fast. Those cars aren't meant to be driven that hard, nor are they capable. Don't forget these kids usually have less than 4 years driving experience too! You can tell by their jerky movements that they are out of control, and it's very easy to lose traction when you the wheel around like some of these punks.

Yeah, we should relax, but they are putting our lives at risk, far beyond some 35 year old doing 120mph is his Porsche. If you want to race/speed, it's fine by me. Preferablly do it on a track, but if you do it on the road, at least be experienced enough to know how to handle your own car. There is a very real and significant danger.

did that white tC have black tein, ingen, and trd decals on the side of his car? in front of the rear wheels? i think i've seen that tC several times speeding around cal poly grounds, specifically on university lane, with the low speed limit and all those pedestrian crosswalks. i wish that driver would slow down a bit on that street at least for the pedestrians cars coming out of parallel parking. i'd even catch that same car parked halfway on the red zone in back of the mechanical engineering building (bldg. 17). heck, he might even run over a duck one day (there is a duck crossing sign lol).
