i need a favor from you all please


i need to decide what will best benefit me and others on different complete suspension kit claims on g-forces. I like the TRD spring and strut set up but i need to know what the stock g forces are compaired to the TRD, Tein, Eibach etc. .
oh and what kind of wheel and tire package you or the manufacture are using

your experence and knowledge would be helpful to see a xB out autocross a civic or a BMW etc. . . etc. . . :twisted:

I know that Steve (bBist) uses TRD springs and Falken tires when he goes to the streets of willow.

He switched to Buddy CLub coil overs.

You might want to PM him as he has taken his xB road racing several times before.

Fabian has been out there at the track as well..might want to PM them in regards to this..(sorry I forgot Fabian's SL user name but I'll ask him to post something here to help you out when I see him)

I can't speak for other brands, but the TRD Springs are very good to start out with. You'de be VERY surprised at how they handle.

The Scion xB is a very predictable vehicle. If you're looking for maximum suspension performance, get a coil-over kit that has dampening, height, and ride adjustability.

There's a world of difference between the two.

sounds good. I just took my car out today for a thrashing and wow. . . this little wagon handles better than i expected. i like the warranty program that TRD ofers and it goes well with a theme i got going, how big a wheel can i use with the TRD drop? i would like 18's but not the TRD 18's any suggestions?

you mean the 1" drop? you can use 19" wheels no problem. just make sure you use the right offet. consult the link below for more info on that.

If you're looking for pure performance from just a spring-only application, the kg/mm DR Racing springs will probably be one of your best bets. This particular springset was designed specifically for performance with a pretty aggressive ramp-up on the spring rate. Amazingly, it seems to ride well around town, and even in commutes, but when pushed in corners, the rate increases quickly to accomodate.

If your talking about the "kg/mm" brand, you talking about an extremly high quality product! Anything that comes out of that company is the absolute best!!!
