Picked up my FM '06 Auto tC today!
Yup, my mom, dad, and I drove down to Bob Bridge Scion in Renton and finished up the paper work, been waiting for it to come in since the 20th of Nov. when we ordered it. The wait was killing me and my birthday (18) was Dec. 9th and I was really hoping to have the car for that day but little did I know it was already in, just the stereo had not been installed. Actually the stereo was on back order through scion itself but the dealer found one at the Burien dealer and had a guy drive over there to get it ready, they told my mom wednesday (as in the 14th), but they called this morning and well, now I have 60 some odd miles on my new car! It's been really fun driving around, having my own car is really cool, I'd have prefered the 5-speed but my dad wasn't going to let me get a manual as my first car, still cool though.
This is an amazing christmas/birthday present though, I'm lovin it.
Oooh man, the iPod upgrade works so seamlessly with the car, I'm in awe of how well it works, all my friends are jealous and I can't help but get a little smirk when I navigate through the stuff on the deck and they're like "wait, wtf was that? you're kidding me right? dude..".
Hope the rest of you guys are enjoying your tC's, the only changes on mine were the iPod stereo upgrade, side impact air bags, and the Carpet/All Weather Mats w/ Cargo Mat.
I'm looking into some amps and subs for it.
Day 1 woo!

im glad that your appreciate your car, i too had to get an auto because my dad wouldnt let me get stick. if i were you i would go all alpine for your system because they are simply the best "cheap" stereo around. if you have the money, then go with some elemental design subs, and hifonics amps. just my two cents.
got a little page up with pics of my car woot!
