Btw in general I am trying to get 4 movies to play on the same screen at the same time in a T shaped frame. Where one movie would take up 50% of the video space and the other 3 would be at the bottom with all playing at the same time. ANy ideas? I have Adobe Premiere Pro.

If it's anything like Final Cut Pro, you need at least four video tracks... Change the size of the videos as well as their "centers." *shrug* :P

I just checked out Premiere Pro, which btw is a blatant knock-off of Final Cut Pro...

Like I said, 4 video tracks. Change the "scale" of the videos, as well as the "positions" of each video. TaDa! RTFM. :D
