I know this is early but I need to try and get a rough headcount on how many
people are planning to attend our nationwide meet/show.
It will be in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the weekend of June 17th.
I am in talks with Scion to help us with the show but we need to put together a
proposal ASAP.
So, if everyone that thinks they might make it could reply back to this and let
me know I would appreciate it.

This show will be open to all Scions, not just Scikotics, so spread the word!

I'm planning on doing a roadtrip in june to New Orleans to visit a buddy, but I could possibly make it up there for the 17th. I'm coming allllll the way from CT, though, so i'll have to figure it all out in the next couple of months.

We will definitely have kids in mind when planning the stuff. We're talking about jupiter jump or other inflatable stuff, face painting, and some other stuff to keep them busy. We'll have to figure out how many little people will be there.

I've been waiting to reveal all the details until I have them finalized. But I've been working with the tourism dept and the way it is lining up we will have the show downtown in the Brady District on the steets.

So it's Sat afternoon, in Tulsa somewhere. I know how difficult it is to plan ahead. Sounds like fun. I won't offically put my name on until I know for sure. I guess the drive is only a couple of hours. Someone needs to represent ScinergyKC

:tap: You could not imagine the hassle of trying to plan a car show someplace besides a dealership.
The city has so many committees -- it's insane. Not to mention trying to get past the secretaries in order to talk to the people in charge.

There is something we do everyday to get this further and further along. I know it sucks not to have details yet --

We appreciate everyone being so patient and blindly supportive -- it won't be long before we get the city pinned down on the plans.

It will happen! It will be awesome! No crack houses -- promise.

I found out there was a perk to doing at least one part of this. When you have the Chamber of Commerce put out feelers to get a good hotel rate some of the hotels try to entice you to use them by buying you dinner.
The Bride and I have reservations next Friday. :lalala:

But, that is the ONLY perk.....lol.... :doh:
