Alright, I recently installed my interior lights from Randode. I own two 12" Audiobahn AW1251T's, with an Audiobahn A8002T to power them. Every time put the key in and move it into the next position (I think thats acc?) the subs start making a quick choppy, but low bass noise like every 3 seconds. When I move it into the next position (I think thats on?) it makes a loud popping noise, and continues with the choppy sub noises. Once I start the car, it still makes the sub noise untill I turn on the radio. Once the radio is turned on the noises go away and stay off, even when I put it on mute or turn the radio off. When I turn the car off, and its in the last stage just before I'm about to pull out the key, it makes the popping noise again. I know this is not good for the system. Can some one help me? By the way I'm running on the stock head unit. Circuit City installed it, but don't flame me because I'm not a mechanic or electrical wizard by any means, I don't know how to install stuff on cars. If I can't fix it I'll take it back to CC since there work is under warranty. Also I did a search and didn't find anything even though I know this has been discussed before. Thanks for anyone that helps.

Sounds like your describing feedback...
Where did you tap the power for the randone lights? maybe the inverter is causing a feedback.

I would have to agree with Keith it does sound like feeback. If its not the inverter from the lights, check the rca's and make sure they are not running beside the power wire. I would hope CC didnt do that, but you never know.

I can't answer right now it's 10 p.m. here. I had family arrive from Orlando recently. Maybe tommorow between my midterm exam and work I'll chek out what brand the cables are. As of right now I can tell you It's running on 4 gauge cable and it has an rca convertor. You probably know that you need the convertor, but I'm just making sure all the info is there so I can get the best feedback. I'll check where the power is running and where the rca is running. I watched them through the whole install and it did look like when they were doing the wiring, that they put all the wires in one spot (lazy bastards lol). I didnt notice this untill I installed my lights like 2 days ago. And as the fuse slot, I'll get back to you as well. Your feed back is awesome guys, thanks for helping out a person when in need.

Well if they used a convertor... for the stock deck.... maybe they didnt ground it to a good ground... I ussually just tap that ground off the deck ground.... maybe they didnt.

Alright thanks thats cool. In the beginning to my self I thought I may have messed with the ground wire. As soon as I'm done with my exam today I'll check out the wires.

Ok, I'm at work so I'll reply quick. I checked after my exam the brand is Tsunami. Since I don't know about much car audio, I wasn't able to fix the problem myself. I think I'll take it tonight to CC since it's close by and see if they can't help me out. If not tonight, then tommorow after I go to dealer for the recall. Thanks for all your help guys I hope they can help me. BTW I was messin around with the amplifier settings I put the bass booster switch from off to on. This amplified the noise of the low bass notes my subs were hitting. I turned it off and it went back down to the normal noise I was hearing from before. I hope this helps any.

Alright talked the guy at CC. He explained to me that if I'm using a stock line output convertor that when I turn on the car it will send a signal to subs no matter what, because it doesn't have a remote. He said I could do one of two things. Turn down the gain, or buy a line output convertor with a remote on it. That way it will only send a signal when I turn on the radio. CC said if I buy it they will replace the one I have for free. I think thats cool. Thanks for anyone who reads and posts a reply.
