DC strut tower bar
Alright, i tryed following the instructions that came with it but its not working. i still cant get to the driver side back nut. i think i have to take off the windsheild wipers... maybe? could someone that has installed one of these tell me what they did aside from the instructions given? thanks
Take a look at this springs install guide on the Sparks Toyota site. It will show you how to remove the wipers and that plastic cover thats in the way.

It can be done with out taking any thing extra off. Its hard to get the nut off but if you try every possible angle it will come off. I put it on with the help of a friend and it jsut took some moving around to get.

If you still have a few problems... just loosen all three nuts and slowly jack up the side of the car... the strut will lower just enough to get the bar on and be able to put the nut on... then just drop the car back down and tighten it up.... just don't lift too far... I didn't want the hassle, so that's what I did... quick and painless...
