I've had my tC for a couple months now and I've decided that something has to be done about the handling. I'm looking for the thing that will get me the biggest improvment for the least $$$. From what I've heard it seems like a sway bar or springs are the way to go. The TRD setup is looking pretty good. Will it void my warranty to go with another company or do the install myself? And I know this has been asked a thousand times, but what about TRD vs Hotchkis?

Don't worry about warranty on springs.....
The hotchkis setup is much stiffer than the TRD, so some go TRD for the best mix....
Either are really easy to install and will give you a huge improvement...
No aftermarket parts will ever "void" your warranty

TRD and Hotchkis are both great. If you're looking for a daily driver set up then go TRD. It's a great improvement over stock by far. Here's a link to the suspension section on our site for the tC. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

TRD springs + sway bar. Cheap and works.

I just installed the TRD rear sway and it feels much better.
