View Full Version : EXTREME JDM/VIP xB/bB body kits? Any aggressive ones?? asml8 12-27-2005, 07:30 AM I was interested in the very aggressive types, even widebody kit type for my cube. I know there are clean kits but Im interested in aggressive JDM/VIP kits. Can the good people post in this topic? Thanks in advance! Max2k 12-27-2005, 07:44 AM Check the Aqua Pit Bear Claw: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y186/M4x2k/toyota_bb_book_2_h.jpg JDMRyde 12-27-2005, 09:39 AM fabulous??? peabe 12-27-2005, 02:10 PM i wouldnt say that the Aqua Pit Bear Claw is too VIP, i would say more along the lines of the fab kit, the spirits kit, w-blood or the garson geraid kit. some say the garson DAD kit, but i think that looks more euro. Boxer_Rebellion 12-27-2005, 07:02 PM Man I have to get one of those bB bibles... Check the Asrec Rodny kit... doesn't it look like a Dodge (maybe the Nitro show car?) There are so many kits on there I've never seen before.... suspended 12-27-2005, 08:29 PM for agrressive...one word...affection sexyscionlover 12-27-2005, 09:05 PM wayne hit the nail on the head! affection is EXTREME but still pretty damn hot! another extreme *but not very VIP IMO* kit is the Garson Black Mafia Type2. Its sweet as hell. Another couple I suggest you check out are: TopLine Type- S (which is sport yet kinda wild and could be VIP if done right). That goes same for Butterfly Sustems Euro Systems. Very much potential there. When it all boils down though if you want EXTREME, i would go with Black Mafia, or more importantly, Affection. It fits the exact description you gave. Scott suspended 12-27-2005, 09:36 PM black mafia is just too much for me, extreme...yes.....considered vip....yes...but gawd is it ugly IMHO JDMJim 12-27-2005, 09:56 PM One letter and a word---W-Blood on the way sexyscionlover 12-27-2005, 10:12 PM yea its VIP and you may get it, but i dont consider it very extreme at all. the only thing that makes it look aggressive at all, is the side panels on the car. its no more extreme than a fake fab kit without the door side panels (which im hoping you got) scott reybz 12-27-2005, 10:15 PM look up my car to see the new wide body kit thats coming out this is the way to go when it becomes available i don't know how to post the pic sorry hope u like it sexyscionlover 12-27-2005, 10:17 PM that is in no way VIP. extreme maybe. tacky yes. VIP not really sorry to break it to ya. looks like a lot of work went into the car, but definetly not my style. bBOXD 12-27-2005, 10:25 PM Wow whatever happen to having flow! It looks like a Civic now. geesh. sexyscionlover 12-27-2005, 10:28 PM ^ (thats not a good thing huh) reybz 12-27-2005, 11:10 PM it's ok ur entitled 2 ur opinion's hate if u like but the first person said even a wide body so learn to read before u make a dumb remark!!! :loser:'s JDMJim 12-27-2005, 11:43 PM yea its VIP and you may get it, but i dont consider it very extreme at all. the only thing that makes it look aggressive at all, is the side panels on the car. its no more extreme than a fake fab kit without the door side panels (which im hoping you got) scott Sorry to break it to ya, but it's the real deal. Kind of a sh!tty remark coming from a MOD. Anyone else agree? It may look similar to the F>o<bulous kit, But there are details that set it apart. If someone is gonna make fun of me for that, I can only imagine what words you have for someone going extreme. I give credit to people that try to break the usual mold and come up with a more original good looking idea. Not to ones (especially mods)that have to put others down. I've seen you do that before. Not very cool. I know I say things that could upset a few individuals, but it's creative thinking. I like to know the flow and theme. My theme----> QUALITY! peteyd 12-28-2005, 12:03 AM Why must people always throw fits when someone makes an opnion about something? Not everyone is going to like what you like and you cant make them, if you did we would be in a communist country. People voice their opinons because they have the right too. He doesnt like the kit and he said why he didnt, thats it and all he is saying he's hoping you orderd the piece that doesnt make the car look cheesey. People throw fits all the time and it gets really old, certin people are always coming under fire because they voice thier opnions some more then others or some may not have been liked from the beginning just because. But allow them to voice thier opnions and be herd just as you want to. sexyscionlover 12-28-2005, 12:10 AM  i never said anyting about disliking the W-blood kit Jim. i actually like the kit. im just saying its not extreme  and if you want to see advice i have for people wanting to go extreme, go to the top. wayne hit the nail on the head! affection is EXTREME but still pretty damn hot! another extreme *but not very VIP IMO* kit is the Garson Black Mafia Type2. Its sweet as hell. Another couple I suggest you check out are: TopLine Type- S (which is sport yet kinda wild and could be VIP if done right). That goes same for Butterfly Sustems Euro Systems. Scott I think you are a little edgy or something gettin mad at this :eyebrow: And I never said it has the same quality as the fake fab kit. Im saying its no more Extreme. Of course quality is better with the JDM W Blood. I just think its not very extreme even though its VIP. And Im hoping you got the door panels to match. Im sorry if you take that as bashing you or your kit. If so, you might want to leave the internet for awhile. it's ok ur entitled 2 ur opinion's hate if u like but the first person said even a wide body so learn to read before u make a dumb remark!!! i know he said a widebody also i read it. i just dont think it looks VIP ( even though it is widebody). just a simple statement. at least youve done some nice work even though im not a fan of the kit. (airride and kitted) i will give you that much. Big_Bird 12-28-2005, 12:52 AM affection qbqt 12-28-2005, 01:04 AM Cool posts so far, I see sometimes there are mild then wild versions by the same manufacturer. Ive seen two versions of the Black Mafia and Affection. Those are cool and more organic looking. Are there straightout, less organic but aggressive kits that have the panels exaggerated more or have extra pieces? I was hoping someone could post a funky robotechy gundam-like kit vs the alien/organic looking ones. I like all the kits so far though, maybe there are different spectrum of wild that we have yet to see for the bB? That is of course except for the new 2007 bB style which I still have to get used to ... squirrel 12-28-2005, 05:19 AM Wow whatever happen to having flow! It looks like a Civic now. geesh. Flow!?! I never heard of that before! I thought it was, "He who has the most mods wins"!?! I know some who throw on every single mod on the market and EXPECT to win. Maybe there should be a hodge-podge award? But if you want extreme ViP, def the Black Mafia kit and at least 5 degrees of negative camber in the rear! Max2k 12-28-2005, 02:26 PM yea its VIP and you may get it, but i dont consider it very extreme at all. the only thing that makes it look aggressive at all, is the side panels on the car. its no more extreme than a fake fab kit without the door side panels (which im hoping you got) scott Sorry to break it to ya, but it's the real deal. Originality is making your own body kit. Everything else is just consumerism. JDMJim 12-28-2005, 03:03 PM All parts are matching. Grill, Door caps, fogs, front and rear bumpers. i suppose we all have to be careful how we word things at times. I Chose this kit simply for the fact it's set aprt fromt he usaul crap that's out there. reybz 12-28-2005, 03:08 PM well i like ur kit i think it looks cool espcially the neg camber but does it affect the bags? squirrel 12-28-2005, 03:20 PM it's ok ur entitled 2 ur opinion's hate if u like but the first person said even a wide body so learn to read before u make a dumb remark!!! :loser:'s Here's my dumb remark/question: How come AIT curved the top of the rear portion of the "fender"? And not kept it strainght like the body line? IMHO(just like other's who have their's), it doesn't flow and looks clunky. http://www.scionlife.com/gallery/personal/3023_2.jpg And Mark is fine saying it reminds him of a Civic because others have said that also when I showed them the pics. Granted, AIT does some awesome work, but it would look better if the top profile wasn't curved. I guess that's a negative in your book, so I already know I'm a :loser: ! A person up here rmeinds me of that on a daily basis no matter where I am. peabe 12-28-2005, 06:56 PM Originality is making your own body kit. Everything else is just consumerism. i like that. very well put. i like it so much, im gonna quote you in my sig max. Boxer_Rebellion 12-28-2005, 08:14 PM I think the front of that kit is great... if the flares were more gradual and straight like an Evo or WRX it would be the hottest kit sold here. As it is it looks very 80's rally car, not the best look for the box. Max2k 12-28-2005, 08:38 PM I also don't understand why there's a 90 degree angle at the top of the flares. The rest of the kit is fine, but the flares make it look tacked on RTon20s 12-28-2005, 09:11 PM http://www.scionlife.com/gallery/personal/3023_2.jpg What an incredible installation on the air suspension. AIT must be so proud. :eyebrow: sexyscionlover 12-28-2005, 09:20 PM what are you talkin about :tap: arent you supposed to lay air ride components on the front bumper? peabe 12-28-2005, 09:22 PM hahaha. i think you guys are kinda going off topic reybz 12-28-2005, 10:55 PM just for those info the final product looks a little different from this pic and u can't see any part of my air suspension this was from the early proto type . jpscion 12-29-2005, 09:55 PM everyone listed names of bodykits but where are some sites to actually find them? qbqt 12-30-2005, 05:56 AM I think the Raven kit looks cool but Im not sure if its too sporty vs VIP Style. Any comments? Actually is there any super wide body kits for the xB that folks can purchase? I know the xA has a nice widebody by USA** something. I'd like to put some really deep offset rims if I can. jpscion 12-30-2005, 02:27 PM i personally like the pandora kit but not sure if its VIP scion_tuner 01-03-2006, 09:01 AM My personal favorite is this one! http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b82/scion_tuner/74d27376.jpg Too bad its like $2000.00 plus shipping  jpscion 01-03-2006, 11:48 AM yeah the affection is sweet. definitely on the wild side of VIP. Sometimes it is worth the money to drop on a kit like this because fit is normally excellent. peabe 01-03-2006, 11:58 AM i know this isnt an xb, but this is some LOCO VIP style... http://www.traditional-jp.co.jp/tradition/ivent/200508/fes7_06_b.jpg phreak 01-03-2006, 05:26 PM that site has some pretty cool body kits... http://www.traditional-jp.co.jp qbqt 01-03-2006, 07:29 PM i know this isnt an xb, but this is some LOCO VIP style... http://www.traditional-jp.co.jp/tradition/ivent/200508/fes7_06_b.jpg Is this a custom kit or can it be ordered and from what website? Cool, and definately extreme. Cool, and definately extreme. most likely a custom. hehe. look at all the different fog lights bBOXD 01-05-2006, 07:38 PM Yes that is definately a custom one off kit. The one gof light on the left side is a fog light off of a Lexus GS. Crazyiness! slowwhitebox 01-06-2006, 02:34 AM what about this kit? http://img322.imageshack.us/img322/8451/airbomberwidebodybb1ch.jpg (http://imageshack.us) eric1645 01-06-2006, 04:13 AM thats how the 2007 should look like fachiro1 01-06-2006, 06:09 AM That air bomber one is awesome....sort of a bB GT-R! wonder if it has the engine mods to go along with the whole theme? aireck 01-06-2006, 06:22 AM that xb is sweet!!! bB + skyline = air bomber bB the front end looks soo OEM... like it belongs there!! qbqt 01-08-2006, 10:56 PM If the color was black and with no stickers, then it might look a bit more lux. bBOXD 01-09-2006, 03:46 AM Yea, he definately wasnt going for the lux look. hahah! That is a really cleanly executed conversion! I like it! scion_tuner 01-10-2006, 12:18 AM  #1 kit ever! Best conversion of the year!!!!! evoluscion 02-02-2007, 09:18 AM Any update to new info on the more extreme kits? I may have all the parts too. JDMJim 02-03-2007, 04:00 PM I haven't seen any other pics. It's ingenious how the roof wasn't modified to handle the weight of the doors. burstaneurysm 08-18-2007, 08:22 PM Wow... gullwing doors... that's really sweet. |
