View Full Version : Help me please---- Creativecompacts.com full exhaust kit

This happened around the end of November, so..........Here's the story. Ok so I finally save up enough money to get full exhaust for my TC. (':clap:')I check the forums here on scionlife to check out who I should look at for the kit, Creative Compacts name comes up so I go to their web site and I decide to make a "Wish List"( when you put things into the shopping cart print it out and clear out the cart) I chose the full exhaust kit made by Creative compacts w/ high flow cat and resonator and stainless steel piping, and a magnaflow muffler, I also chose their S-pipe in stainless steel, and I chose the DC headers. So I print out the shopping cart and head down to a performance shop that my friends highly recomend named "Lone Star Performance Parts" I show Randy the list and he says he will call them and talk to them about the kit. He tells me the price and I Ok it, so he orders it. says it will be here in a week or 2 and to come by if I don't here from him. I don't here from him. So I go back and he says he just got off the phone with them and they said that they were busy with a photo-shoot and had not had time to build more kits and that they where starting to restock their shelves. javascript:emoticon(':cry:')(obviously I wasn't to happy)This was around the beginning of December, I have been back to Lone Star Performance to check up on the progress,(since I don't know how to track my order because I ordered it thru a middle man), I have been back at least 6 times and I get the same response "Their on backorder" I know that Randy has no part in the situation. He is just as upset as I am. What I would like to see is something that states how far away I am from getting my order filled, because there is a car show at my school coming up and I would really like the exhaust in before it. I know Creative Compacts visits ScionLife so hopefully I will have a reply from them soon. I chose your site for a reason, because I know you are a Top Notch company and you wouldn't treat your customers like TcTunerz does.
Oh and Randy and I have both been to their site and no where on it does it say that their exhaust is back orderded.

the middleman is prolly screwing you. when i ordered my injen intake the same thing happened. so i just ordered it online and got it in 3 days

Why go through a middleman man @ all, just use order through website! Hope everything else works out... call CC to find out whats going on.

I ordered thru the Lone Star because my friends that are in to cars all told me to go to him, plus the owner is one of my older sisters friends and high school class mates and I didn't order it online because I don't have credit card yet. Randy(Lone Star Performance) is one of the few people around the Beaumont area that actually has a friendship relationship with almost if not all of his customers. I trust him because I know him personally, and he doesn't like to put his reputation on the line. I'll give CC a call tomorrow when their open. thanks for the # dp-_-.
