After only a year and 4 months (and 33,000 miles!) I had to replace my tires. I ended up getting Bridgestone Potenza G009's all the way around. They seem good enough (definitely an improvement in the snow), but feel a little "mooshy" all around (softer sidewalls?) but mostly on the freeway. Handling is affected, not necessarily in a good way. Ride is noticably quieter. They're supposed to last 50k miles. Speed rating was up to 130mph, which is a bummer to me anyways. :( I don't remember what the letter for that is.

I'm just curious if anyone else has these tires on their tC.

Oh and yes, I would've considered other tires but I was convinced that I wouldn't get home (300 mile drive) without going in the ditch and I had to get some NOW. 8) Besides. The stockers will probably end up being winter wheels eventually anyway.

Yea, that'll be handy in 45,000 miles (just over a year for me) :D

Bah, you're in AZ; you won't get to see the Goo-9s when they shine: in snow. They're an outstanding rain/snow tire, while still being a good performance tire. They're not a max-performance tire, so don't expect them to perform as such. But for being a sport performance tire, they do great in all weather driving.
