With the 45 ET on a 8 in wheel, your looking at 13mm less clearance on the inside with an extra 13mm sticking out.

With the 35 ET your going to get 3mm less then what you have stock with a fat 23mm more as far as sticking out goes.

So basically if you like your wheels more flush with the car, get the 35 ET. Plus the inner clearance is better if you end up getting a big brake kit.

I just got 18x7.5 35ET Konig Tuner II wheels but I have'nt put them on yet, cuz I want to install my springs first

An 8 inch wide wheel with +35 is going to rub. For an 8 inch wide wheel +45 to +48 is optimal.

35 is the better offset.

33 is flush

What size tires are you looking at? If you stay with a 215 you might be ok with a +35 but any wider and you're going to rub on inside of the fender lip.

Correction, you will be fine with 18x8 +35mm offset as long as your tires are not to wide. I run 17x8 +35 with 235/40/17s and do not rub.

I have done a few things to check some handling issues like run zero rear camber and had the car dropped almost all the way on the coilovers, only then would it rub over really big bumps in the rear and barely touched.

You will not have zero camber if dropped, some negative camber is dialed in from the factory at the stock height and you gain more when lowering the car.

17 vs 19 is not going to make much of a difference, again as long as you go with a reasonable tire width, 225 width may be a good plan to stick with.

If you want a wider wheen the you need to have a higher number +offset.

19x8 will probably be fine if you don't go wider than a 225 tire. If you do want wider, you're going to rub with that offset.

Correction, you said +43 so you're probably ok up to a 235 or maybe even a 245 tire.
