I think it was 316 miles....4hours or so.

yeah... we roll at OZ speed, we should easily make it in 4 hours. Of course, I get that close to a White Castle, and I'ma have to stop and pick up a suitcase.

Sweet... sounds like we will be turning this into a Midwest show after all!

OZ speed = 10-30 MPH above posted speed limit at all times - regardless of who is in front of us, lol.

registration is 52.50 and u have to stage friday. if u need a ride or even a place to stay possibly, let me know
the registration allows u and a guest to go in on sat b4 the doors open
if u were to go w/ a friend to SEE the show, it would be 20 for parking and about 40 for both tickets
if u do register and want to be with us, for car club name, put se: chicago
if u do, ill give u more info about meeting b4 the show

I have some bad news. JC Alexander our main sponsor for Green Toyota has had a Family emergency and we are going to have to reschedule the Date. I am very sorry we changed the dates, but he must be there to have the show. I feel as if this makes me look very unorganized. I have been working ion this show for six months. I promise this show will be a huge success and we will have more time to get prizes to give to you. I think we should have enough give-aways for every paticipant to get one. Can't wait to see you guys and hopefully these plans wont mess everthing up for you. I have official flyers if you would like some for your club. Thanks for your support.

22nd works better for me since I'll be busy as hell getting ready for the Ames show after that.

I'll still try to make it on the 29th if that's the date, but that's the last Saturday of the month too and it's bad to miss that as a sales guy.

Can you give us an update of the actual details for the show, date, time, what is happening, places, why we should come, etc. if you start a fresh new thread I can link it on the regional calendar of events and try and get some support for you!

I will get the flyer up asap. I have ben really busy moving and just got my internet hooked back up. I also have to find my extra flyers......I hate unpacking........ahhh.

Sorry I haven't been on I have been in Chicago with Scion Evolution club at the Hot Import Nights. What a show!!!! We will go on as scheduled for the 22nd of April and I will have flyers out no later than next week. I am also going to start a fresh thread then to stop any confusion...since we had to reschedule. PM me for more info and if you need directions.

Just making sure this is still on for the 22nd of April. And is the $10 just for those that want to compete? Can you still show without the $10 fee?

$10 is the donation to our club/ participation in the show/ give-aways. If you don't want to enter the show, you can still park with us. I am also accepting valunteers for this event, and I will wave the fee for those individuals.

hey - say no more. So long as it's potentially going to help out a fellow scion club, i'll make sure the STL boys chip in then - all for a good cause. If you can, e-mail me on the details for what you're looking for on the volunteering side - when to be there, what's involved, etc...

Jason (05xbcustom) and I just spent about 4 hours today rollin around handing out about 350 flyer's for the show. i think we took care of 100 or so of them in a shopping centers parking lot. still working on more sponsor help from local stores but got a few today. DID TO MUCH DAM. WALKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Sorry didnt make it to HIN up in Chi. but will be at june 17th show. i dont care if my ole'lady has to work and cant go, i'll roll solo!!

you might consider adding the flyer to this thread. this will allow other people in other areas to print it out and distribute for you!

My microsoft office isn't working right now, so I can't get the pictures to load up on here. I will see if Brian can post up the flyer today for all that would like to help us get them out there. Sorry Scott it's been getting crazy around here....it will all be worth it in the end!

Sorry to say that I won't be able to make it over to Springfield this coming weekend. My boss won't let me skip out on work on Saturday now. It's a long story.

Anyway, have much success with the show and I'll certainly try to make it out next time!

Sorry Matt, I can't keep up on all of the sites at once! After we cruise Springfield we will get something to eat and then meet up at Circuit City parking lot and meet up with several car clubs......and then try not to get arrested...lol! ...and maybe an after party at my pad... :lalala: who knows!

There are several car washes close by. The dealer wouldn't agree to let you guys get your cars washed, because they are too busy on Saturdays! oH WELL AS MUCH $$$$ AS I HAVE IN THIS SHOW, THEY SHOULD VACUUM THEM AS WELL...LOL.

You don't have to be there before 11. The car wash is just right down the street its nice. You can come to the dealership first and then I can give you my free wash if I can find it tonight.

Its for a free automatic wash though if you want it. I will bring it with me this mourning.
