what headunit is this ? pic below : is this 2 different units as far as the monitor and the stereo

The bottom piece is either a pioneer dehp-850mp which is last years dual faced pioneer premier piece, dehp-8500mp pioneer's regular line, or this year's DEHP-960MP or DEHP-9600mp

The top looks like an apexi' piece,

BTW I Like those blue lights behind the stock heater controls!

the top is definately an apex'i item, but i don't know about the bottom.

 

i think the bottom is a kenwood of somekind
