Disclaimer. This hotel did have some party people in it last year. Nothing that bothered me, or anyone else that I know of.

Do not use the Diplomat...they only want families and 2 nights minimum...they weren't even nice about it

We stayed there last year they said the same thing. When we tried to book over the phone. But the whole hotel was full of single people. I am staying there, anywhere else is going to be too far away or taken over by drop jaw.

Last year i had to call about 50 times to get someone on the phone, but this year first try, they were very nice(maybe since I'd stayed before?)

Nah its the truth, they want to try and put fams in the rooms, there has been alot of bad talk about the single and young crowd....they do not want that kind of press!!!!! The motels do not want to be thought of as a party place!!!

i stayed there last yr as a single without problem. they wont take a reservation for less than 2 nites so i will get a room for me and my son when we get down there sat afternoon.

I still say, wasn't much family and a whole lota party at that hotel. I don't care what they say on the phone.

I agree, I stayed there last year and there were alof J partiers out. I booked a single no problem! Staying there again this year with the lady

Yeah it was wet as hell but the burn outs made it all worth it. lol I can' tthink of a better way to get soaking wet than watching burn outs. That's about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on.
