In one of these forums in the last month I saw a link to a site and photo of a chrome upper grille for the xB. It was a thick chrome frame with a small opening. Would like to find it again.

Yes, that's it. I posted the question on several forums and you were the one who found it. To me the chrome upper grille is what the xB needs.
