View Full Version : what is the tC japan counter part? theheckwithyou 04-24-2004, 05:28 PM okay we know that the xA is the ITS in japan and the xB is the bB, so what is the tC called in japan? tC4me 04-24-2004, 05:45 PM there is no tC in Japan. TheDanger 04-24-2004, 05:57 PM Its the Avensis (check spelling?!) in europe...kinda. DibujoB 04-24-2004, 05:58 PM the tC is the first Scion designed just for the american market. It shares the same platform as the European Toyota Avensis, but that's where all similarities end. It's truly a unique car for a unique market. theheckwithyou 04-24-2004, 06:49 PM any one has a link for the avensis? so i guess we don't be getting any aftermarket parts from japan huh? TheBigGuyRy 04-24-2004, 08:00 PM Yup. No JDM for this baby. I guess that means we'll have to come up with our own rediculous parts. tC4me 04-24-2004, 08:08 PM Since the tC in built in Japan, people will get their hands on them so how or another. So there probabbly will be stuff from JDM. Check out the post call, Aftermarket, success or failure. Theres a lot more about this there. fr130 04-24-2004, 08:28 PM There's no Avensis Coupe. Only the sedan and wagon. Original Avensis came from Toyota Europe, then brought over to Toyota Japan. http://www.toyota.co.jp/Showroom/All_toyota_lineup/avensis_sedan/index.html tC is the envy of all Avensis owners worldwide :D djimpak 04-24-2004, 09:00 PM i like the avensis. it looks nice. jdm part for the tC would be nice also. theheckwithyou 04-24-2004, 09:09 PM dang o well |
